Cornerstone Exteriors was built on a simple belief: success should never come at the expense of integrity. As a third-generation roofer, Christian Dean was raised in the roofing industry with a deep respect for hard work, craftsmanship, and doing right by people. Those early lessons shaped not only his career, but the foundation of the company he leads today.  Over the years, Christian gained extensive leadership experience in the roofing and restoration industry and saw firsthand what strong leadership and strong culture can build.  Those experiences clarified his mission and helped define the kind of company he wanted to build: one grounded in faith, honesty, discipline, and long-term trust.

Cornerstone exists to serve people well, lead with integrity, and build lasting value through faith-driven leadership, disciplined execution, and quality craftsmanship. We believe people should be able to trust their contractor, understand the work being done, and have peace of mind, knowing that quality is never traded for convenience or margin. Homeowners and business owners deserve clarity, not confusion; professionalism, not pressure; and a contractor that values healthy relationships more than transactions. On every project—inspection, repair, replacement, or exterior improvements—our goal is simple: clear communication, quality workmanship, and a process that makes people feel taken care of.
