After making that first call, Christian and Micah promptly came over, surveyed my situation and took the reins from there. Christian is VERY knowledgeable in the roofing business, as well as what needs to be up to code and standard with insurance. He and Micah were very proactive in working with my insurance agent, as well as with me.
